Please note that most of our designs have a minimum of 30-50 units. Once you contact us we will reply with a pricing for you and present personalisation options if requested. We will answer any bothering questions and explain what the individual steps look like when ordering. You can also provide your email address in the message if it will be a more comfortable contact option for you. Then we will continue our conversation with you this way. We use entirely your wording, so once you place an order please see to send this to us via email (info@cartalia.co.uk) or ETSY. If you require any guests personalization then we will respond to your email with a template for you to complete. ______________________________________________________ DESIGNING PROCESS & TURNAROUND TIME Within 2-3 working days of payment, you will receive a digital proof to your email address for your approval, with 3 complimentary rounds of revisions are included with your package and we’ll spend as much time necessary working with you to perfect your invitations. Only once you give your approval can we produce your items. We need up to 10-15 working days for the production from the approval date of final digital proof. All orders ship via a courier service, and can take up to 5 working days to deliver. ______________________________________________________ PRINTING IN OTHER LANGUAGE We can print in any language you would like. We simply ask you to send us the full wording you wish to have printed. That is not an issue for us. ______________________________________________________ QUALITY We are very proud to be known for an outstanding quality and we would like to offer you the best service we can. As all of our stationery is handmade there will be slight variations in each order and, whilst we will make every effort to supply your order exactly as sampled, we may have to substitute materials (colours of ribbons or insert paper) from time to time. If such circumstance shall occur you will be contacted immediately and advised about alternations and available options. ______________________________________________________ REPEATS AND REPRINTS We always recommend ordering a slightly larger amount of invitations than needed to allow for mistakes when printing invitations, or for guests you may have overlooked. Cartalia will be happy to print extra invitations for you if you run short, however, with a minimum order of 30 units it is better to ensure that enough invitations are ordered at the outset.
